  • camera design;
  • device power and room area;
  • combustion time and supported fuels;
  • heat exchanger material;
  • additional functions and protection systems.

Boilers are single-circuit and double-circuit. The first option is connected to an autonomous heating system and is intended exclusively for heating.Some models work together with a boiler.

The second option replaces the water heater and boiler, providing not only heating, but also hot water.

Solid fuel boiler efficiency
The boiler efficiency indicator, expressed in the efficiency parameter, shows how productively the device works. The higher it is, the smaller the amount of fuel materials needed to warm the room

One of the main indicators of the equipment is the heat output. This parameter must be selected based on the area that is supposed to be heated.

    Sorry, but spending 100 thousand rubles on a wood boiler is, in my opinion, an absurdity. For this money, you can hold gas or install a decent electrical analogue. Especially considering the cost of firewood. And to drown with husk and slivers - this means doing nothing else. If so hunting stove heating, then it is easier to fold a brick stove. No, you cannot make wood heating economical.

    What's the point in a wood boiler? It is clear that some of the combined type boilers presented can work on coal, but not all. This is how much firewood is needed to survive the winter and normally heat your home? Here you either have a lot of money or, as Vladimir correctly noted, do nothing else, just look for and chop wood. I don’t see any advantages even in front of the same coal.

      Why exactly a wood boiler? Most of the boiler models that are discussed in the article are loaded not only with wood, but with coal, briquettes. I understand that an electric boiler will be better in terms of operating comfort, but solid fuel boilers have their advantages.

      Let's start with the fact that such boilers are installed consciously, while no one is going to chop wood for days on end. You can heat coal, for many regions this type of fuel is more than relevant. For example, it is issued to miners according to quotas, many employees of related industries are offered at a price lower than the market.

      Solid fuel boilers have high efficiency, very reliable, easy to maintain. As for prices, the article presents models at a cost of about 800-1000 dollars mainly, and this is certainly not 100 thousand rubles. For those who are interested in a solid fuel boiler, the material will be useful, if you need an electric boiler, then there are such reviews on the site. Do not mislead people: one load of the boiler is enough for 6-8 hours of the furnace, there is no need to stand by it.
